Community Integrated Employment Services Program
The Community Integrated Employment Services program at Cape Abilities offers vocational supports to help individuals acquire and maintain jobs that are compatible with their skills and ambitions.

>> Career planning
>> Job development and placement
>> Onsite training and coaching
The program is funded through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the Massachusetts Rehab Commission (MRC). When an individual is referred to our services, they are paired up with a vocational specialist, who will work one-on-one with them to establish, support, and meet career goals.
The Cape Abilities Vocational Program gives local businesses the opportunity to be actively involved in our mission. Not only do businesses benefit from well-trained and supported staff, employing individuals in our Vocational Program creates a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
People of all abilities deserve meaningful opportunities to work and earn a paycheck - and our program and community partners help provide that.
