I want to commend the exceptional dedication and hard work ethic demonstrated by Annette Murphy and Samantha Williams. Both of these wonderful Residential Direct Support Professionals have exhibited an extraordinary level of commitment in their roles, particularly during a recent challenging shift.
Back in July, Annette and Samantha spent twelve intense hours at Beth Israel Hospital alongside an individual we support. Despite the demanding nature of their responsibilities at the hospital, they both returned to our Granite residence immediately afterward and seamlessly transitioned into completing their overnight shifts.
Their unwavering dedication to their duties, even under such strenuous circumstances, is truly remarkable. Annette and Samantha’s ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and care throughout their extended hours is a testament to their hard work and resilience.
Such dedication and perseverance are invaluable assets to our team and organization. I am incredibly grateful for Annette and Samantha’s contributions and proud to have them as part of our Cape Abilities DSP staff. They demonstrate our core values in action with their exemplary performances every day.
