Cape Abilities is excited to expand our Transition Services for students ages 14-21, offering meaningful opportunities to build vocational skills, explore employment interests, and gain hands-on experience in supportive, community-based settings. These programs are designed to successfully prepare students to enter the workforce.
More information about Transition Services for the 2026–2027 school year will be available soon.
