For Celia, that growth begins each morning when she counts the register—a responsibility that once felt out of reach.
Today, Celia runs the register, stocks shelves, helps customers, and even sells her own handmade jewelry at the Farm. She is earning a paycheck and working toward her goal of opening a retirement account.
Her sister, Grace, is growing in her own way. Once more reserved, she has become increasingly independent and built meaningful relationships. This summer, she will take on a new role helping run the Farm’s Token Market and connecting directly with customers.
